Elipse Group is built around enterprise. The Group was formed to participate in African markets and to create value through operating companies.

Over time the Group has grown a portfolio across strategic sectors, including mining and minerals, energy, agriculture, finance, real estate, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, commerce and hospitality.

Denzel Henry Akogwu
Denzel Henry Akogwu is the Founder, President and Group Chief Executive Officer of Elipse Group, providing strategic leadership across the Group’s diversified portfolio of businesses and investments.
With over 15 years of experience in mining, enterprise development and business leadership, he has led the development of Elipse’s mineral portfolio from exploration through mine development, production, processing and international commodity relationships.
Under his leadership, Elipse has expanded beyond mining and minerals into finance and investment, agriculture, hospitality, logistics, and other industrial ventures, with a long-term focus on building scalable African enterprises and creating sustainable economic value.
He leads the Group’s corporate strategy, investment direction, major project development, international partnerships and capital relationships, working with technical partners, investors, financial institutions, commodity buyers and strategic counterparties across global markets.
His current focus is on positioning Elipse Group as a diversified African enterprise capable of developing significant natural-resource and industrial assets while attracting institutional capital and long-term strategic partnerships.
